Utilizing the natural surroundings of Horse Mountain (Uma no Yama), this center was established as a cultural facility invoking the image of the area’s ancient burial mounds and Japanese castles. From the observation deck, visitors can enjoy the view of the forests, villages, and sea lined up below- as well as Mount Daisen in the distance.

馬ノ山の自然を生かし古墳（埴輪）とお城をイメージした文化施設として建設されました。展望台から眼下に森・里・海の連環、遠くに大山などの眺望が楽しめます。
