In this Yurihama specialty, small specialty watermelons (gengobei suika) are pickled whole! The offered flavors include watermelons pickled using the standard sakekasu, also called narazuke and uses the leftover residue from the sake-making process, as well as a soy sauce variety. Due to Tomarizuke’s refreshing flavor and texture, it has won many awards.

漬物専門の小玉スイカ「源五兵衛西瓜」を丸ごと漬け込んだ漬物です。醤油のたまり漬けと定番の粕漬け(奈良漬)があります。さっぱりとした風味や食感は、数々の賞を受賞しています。
